Pamela Chopra did not invite Kajol to Yashji’s birthday

The year will see a grand birthday celebration of late Yash Chopra organized byPamela Chopra, Aditya Chopra and Uday Chopra and Yash Chopra’s leading heroines like Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit, Katrina Kaif, Parineeti Chopra, Preity Zinta, Rani Mukherj, Juhi Chawla are invited to grace the occasion but Yash Raj’s favorite muse Kajol was not send any invitation.

Kajol has starred in many hit movies of Yash Raj banner but she was not invited to this grand celebration. The reason is said to be Ajay Devgn’s tussle with Yash Raj. Last year, Ajay filed a case against Yash Raj banner when his film, ‘Son Of Sardaar’ got lesser screen in comparison to ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’. The case is still pending. Last year too, Kajol was not invited when the entire film industry gathered under one roof to celebrate Yashji’s birthday. It raised many eyebrows and this year too the same things repeated.

“Kajol too was supposed to attend this event where nine of Chopra’s heroines will take to the ramp. But she has not received any formal invite to the bash and may not appear for the show at all,” a source is quoted as saying by a tabloid. 

Even in an interview with a film magazine, Kajol said that “Aditya Chopra was a friend once”.

Parineeti Chopra who has starred in Yash Raj banner few movies might fill the gap of Kajol.  Nine Yash Raj heroines  will hit the ramp on Yashji’s birthday bash coming September 27.

The nine divas will walk the ramp showcasing Diva'ni - YRF's Bollywood-inspired fashion label, in partnership with Delhi-based Karol Bagh Saree House, a manufacturer and retailer of Indian ethnic wear.
